You can always be trained to service your own xerox equipment. I've been training customers for about 20 years now.

Might want to check if the tc sensors have been calibrated to the value stamped on the sensor for each dev. assy.

Looks like fuser temp is too low.

Have the techs look at the developer brush height. The 100s had issues with the knockoff blade eventing getting loose and making the developer material less on the dev roll.

There are baseline registration adjustments that should be done in diagnostics

I believe the 2nd btr issues have been resolved with the new style (stainless steel) 2nd btr roll.

Go to EFI fiery website and search for the older version. I think 5.8 is the lowest that they go on their site.
