Hello Cameron, I realize this is an old thread, however I was wondering if you've been able to sort out your issues with your DocuPunch. I operate one as well and have had to struggle-bus my way through several issues recently. If you're still working with the machine I would like to compare notes.

We moved the lead trim waaaaay up and, so far, that seems to be a workaround.

Well, I did a hard reboot, made sure all the software was up to date, rebuilt the program, made a separate program with only 7 up in 3 columns, even tried varying the gutter slits between cards just in case... ...the DC-616 is still eating the 8th card across all 3 columns. I am open to any and...

We don't use the bar-code feature, but I suppose it is possible that the file has been corrupted. I might try rebuilding it. Thank you for the quick response.
