Yes it is set to bidirectional in Rampage profile, like I said before the banding is occurring more on our gloss stock then the 24# Coated Bond Stock. I will run through the paper feed settings to see if that make's a difference. Again nozzle check is run weekly.

Is it just me wondering if I'm going to have any future with Prepress with all the automation coming into play with Rips? At least RAMpage I'm not sure of the others because it is only Brisque, RAMpage I have experience in. I thought I would just see if there might be anyone else with this...

I don't know what rip your using, but a quick fix for me is having Rampage convert RGB to CMYK.
