The issue with RED color has been solved. The IDC unit it seems was the culprit. Replacing the unit solved the problem. Thanks guys for your replies.

Check if the Banner printing is activated in ur m/c . The DIPP SW setting is 10-0-1 to activate the banner mode.

Have you tried this.. First of all try to change the points setting in the CWS to inches/mm as per your size setting.To change the setting log in to CWS, go to edit, preferences and change the size setting from points to inches/mm. Hope it works in your case.
