    We print LOTs of menus on 50 and 60lb stock. We normally use 120 line screen (100 dpi on 7pt. hi-bulk). Do you have the ability to read your plate dots?     depends on the condition of the press, the blankets, the ink, yada yada yada. what plates are you running? Is this UV dried? We print 4 color ads on OLD diddes and hit the color proofs very closely. It aint a bad little press if set up right. more detail brother. rjd
