depends on the condition of the press, the blankets, the ink, yada yada yada. what plates are you running? Is this UV dried? We print 4 color ads on OLD diddes and hit the color proofs very closely. It aint a bad little press if set up right.
more detail brother.

Thanks for reply.
Most of the time i running flyer and restaurant menu like 20,000 run or more.
there is 2 side full color. i'm thinking the total ink coverage too high or maybe i output as 150 dpi on 2400
(CTP i'm using konica plate).
Most of the time look dark and not match the laser proof. Is hard to do color correction in PDF files.
Any better idea to make some changes to make it look lighter on color like on press or PDF files.

We print LOTs of menus on 50 and 60lb stock. We normally use 120 line screen (100 dpi on 7pt. hi-bulk). Do you have the ability to read your plate dots? Does your prepress have the ability to adjust the plate curve? your best bet may be to sharpen the dots on all colors and try it then. I think 150 dpi may be a bit much for a didde press running uncoated stock. If havent already, I would also add color bars to a job and check your densities (actually I would probably do that first)
