Interesting. I feel that the 618 did the exact opposite for us. Maybe my little challenge cutter just doesn't cut it. I think if you don't have a good operator on the guillotine it will tend to be off from my experience with my challenge.

I don't have one personally but a buddy has one with 20m+ clicks and would run both NCR and 20lb text only. He just got a newer bw machine with the plotmatic square binder with trim unit and I saw what he was running and looked pretty good. He has about 1.5m clicks on it so far and he's happy...

I used to use superior from Kelly until my local supplier sold me excel for much cheaper. I didn't have any issues with excel but decided to swap to rainbow since it was about 20% cheaper in price. But I realized the rainbow keeps jamming with double feeds. Had canon replace a bunch of parts...

Thank you for your input. The inline finishers are what make a big difference for me since we run small runs of full bleed templates. Really helps just to one click print these out with the KM right now. Problem is it can't fold straight...and yes they tried everything. So offline booklet...

My KM techs are pretty good. But they are saying the Ricoh techs are much better in my area. Also, I think Ricoh supplies with most consumables and parts that can be easily changed. Which is a plus.

I have the Morgana. Great machine, def not good for 20lb but 80lb should be great. If you're not looking to crease you should get something like a Baum. It much faster.
