I've purchased a Digi Fold Pro XL a couple years ago from PFS and it's been working great for the most part. I've had to contact service on a few occasions, but I am currently having a new issue that I'm hoping is an easy fix.
I was running a simple 8.5 x 11 trifold - crease & fold on #111 stock, when I encountered a jam. I was able to clear the jam, however, I am now getting an error stating "Fold Knives Lost Position." I was able to complete the project by creasing the sheets only through the machine, but having to manually fold the sheets. Could this be a simple calibration fix? or is it something I need to place a service call?
