Morgana Digi Fold Pro XL - Fold Knife Lost Position

I've purchased a Digi Fold Pro XL a couple years ago from PFS and it's been working great for the most part. I've had to contact service on a few occasions, but I am currently having a new issue that I'm hoping is an easy fix.

I was running a simple 8.5 x 11 trifold - crease & fold on #111 stock, when I encountered a jam. I was able to clear the jam, however, I am now getting an error stating "Fold Knives Lost Position." I was able to complete the project by creasing the sheets only through the machine, but having to manually fold the sheets. Could this be a simple calibration fix? or is it something I need to place a service call?

Same thing happened to me and tech said the cam and bunch of small other parts wear out and it needs a “rebuild” kit.

I have about 440k sheets on the counter.

Has anyone came across this issue?

I was able to resolve this issue with a calibration as recommended. Our PFS tech came out and replaced an updated part but I was still having issues afterwards. I was able to resolve it by redoing both the fold and knife calibration on the machine. It's been working well since. I'm at 395k.

 
Do you remember where the calibrations were in the service mode? I cannot seem to locate where it is.
When you go into service mode, switch the target to Folder. Calibrate is on the top right side. I chose option 1 (Fold Roller) and option 8 (Fold Knives).
 
Got it. I tried, got a bunch of errors. I actually think mine is hardware related. My knife gets goes down too low and gets stuck. PFS ordered a whole ton of parts and we are just doing a refresh. I have about 440k sheets on the counter.
 
Just an FYI, yours might have been the calibration, but in case you or anyone else comes into the same problem where the knife blade binds up at the down position, you'll need the rebuild kit. Parts were about $1200 and probably the same for labor. Just had it all replaced and runs fine now.
