    I am a pre-press mgr. for a mid sized commercial printer. We dont have a sales dept., we deal with brokers who come to us with jobs. Quark, InDesign, pdfs., Publisher, Word, Powerpoint, Excel...., even 1 job that was done in Greeting Card Designer, (Thats a whole nother story unto itself!)...
