It is very essential when the machine is a little bit old , the cam which is responsible to hold the rollers , move for ink rollers & if u set water form roller only cam does not move . So that part of cam is not the place where it actually hold the roller during production .?

use fm screen instead of Am for yellow & ?----- see the magic ?

problems with print on reverse of sheet we have faced the same problem with same gms of paper ,the formate was work & tumble , gripe side changed . So i turned the plates gripe side & kept paper grip same ,it works but some sheets remain with same problem . i also print this job on 150 & 135...
