Yes. I adjust with test plate. Block 13 is more bright than other blocks on plate but when I print the plate then the block 13 is more dark in print. It is ver weird.

Hello again. I ınstalled Azura TS plates for Presstek Dimension 800. I reduce Laser values on mediacurrent test negative. So far so good. But I have laser balance problem with channel 13. Channel 13 is dark then other channels. I increase laser values for channel 13. But there is no change...

Thank you guys. I tried linearisation again. I did not change laser powers. I copy the azura plates by the anthem pro laser values. I set only dots only on RIP. So far So good. I think only a few minor set was back.

we tried ordinary thermal plates on Presstek Dimension 800 CTP. But we did not expected results. Some Laser Zones are very dark on plate. And these areas do not disapear in develop. Although we fine tunning to laser powers then laser zones very unsatble.

KeithManning, thank you for reply. If Aurora Plates require less energy, how can i set the Dimension 800 settings? 1- Reduce laser powers -400. 2- Speed up the drum speed. which one?

Hi, I think to many people use presstek CTP and plates on PrintPLanet forums. I want to ask a question. is dot gain same for aurora and anthem plates? Can i print aurora plates with anthem settings?

Yes, we are useing Presstek unit. Bu we put "Azura solution" in the water tank.
