    Paper Banding machine recommendation

The Sunpack WK02-30 doesn’t have a minimum stack height, however on thin stacks you must back off the tension to prevent an over-tight concave result. Whereas with a bulky product or a cylindrical (e.g. posters) generally the tighter the better

    Paper Banding machine recommendation

We bought a Sunpack WK02-30 which uses 180m 29mm White or Kraft coated paper tapes, or 29mm film. Duplo are the UK distributor, presumably there is representation your side of the pond. The other similar machine we considered was the Akebono Strapack 360N, this uses 30mm tapes/film. Three...

    Iridesse to Ricoh/Konica

Excuse what may be a rookie question here as our envelope printing experience is limited and been mostly for operations processes (think cash & coupon internal envelopes) as opposed to mailing. I've seen these dedicated inkjet envelope printers but often wondered how the issue of the envelope...

Paper wave/curl caused by office laser printer

Just looking at these 3 points, since you're printing onto A4 substrate and step "5" is simply cutting the A4 2-up in half, your finished book hasn't got a cleanly finished knife trim to three sides. As you also have a laminated card cover in the mix, I imagine this lack of final trim to give...

Paper wave/curl caused by office laser printer

@Tradidi we and I'm sure many other get this to some extent using production machines. I've found it a particular problem when making B/W pads printed to both sides, however depending on your environment and RH% at the time, leaving that stack for a few days can improve it considerably...

So you're feeding pre-creased cover stock from the top tray and pre-collated / digital sets from the bottom tray. Pre-cutting tops and bottoms on the guillotine will give you a much better finished edge when made into a finished booklet, than cutting tops and bottoms of individual sheets on an...

    Versatile, Reliable, Beginner Press

absolutely - the OP will defo need at least two machines for redundancy and the ability to be printing two jobs concurrently - on his other post (below) he has indicative volumes of between 40 and 75 orders per day of 500-1000 flyers. At the low end and if they were all simplex, for A5 4-up...

My 350k was in response to Jacob's post showing the Xerox 4100 with a rating of 350k A4 a month, which the other guy suggested was not realistic. I wasn't referring to the OP's volume, which as you correctly indicate is coincidentally also 350k, but at double the size+
