    Konica Minolta KM-1, KM-1e, KM-1e HD

The version we have has a limited number of sizes. I would check with KM. My understanding is on our version the sizes are hard coded when purchased.

    Konica Minolta KM-1, KM-1e, KM-1e HD

Regarding issues in post press, I haven't seen any, quite the opposite actually. Because the machine is an inkjet you don't need to worry about super stick laminates or toner cracking. The RIP is a Konica proprietary RIP. The machine was here when I started 2 years ago and I don't know when it...

    Konica Minolta KM-1, KM-1e, KM-1e HD

I work for a digital book printer and we have a KM-1. We use it for the majority of our book covers and full color books that need to be high quality. Our other presses are two digital webs. We have a single toner based, a Ricoh 9110, that doesn't get a lot of use. The KM-1 is a great machine...

Folder for folding nested or stapled sets

A knife folder is an option but, it's going to be pricey. I've never seen a buckle folder that folded stapled booklets consistently. You always have to refold some of them by hand.

    Duplo DBM120 staple problems

One the staple head at the front their is a shaft. the plastic around that shaft rounds out. Putting tape around the shaft helps temporarily. I ran the DBM around 2009-2013, they may have changed the design since then.

    PRISM cutters?

We have one at work. It's definitely a step or two below a Challenge or Polar. It feels cheap, the membrane control pad is spongey but, it works. It's an adequate general use cutter. Ours is always out by .04 inches even after a calibration.

    Creaser Folder Recommendation

It's not remotely the cheapest option... At my last job we had the Multigraf touchline CF 375 and it was the best digital finishing machine I've ever run. It replace our floor folder for 90-95% of our work. It had two tool units so, you could crease from the bottom and the top simultaneously or...

We had a DPM from the early 2k's. If I remember those machines were made by Mitsubishi and rebadged by AB-Dick. Searching for Mitsubishi techs may give you more options.

Having a nightmare time with BCC Bulkmailer and looking for alternatives

The company that I work for bought BCC Bulkmailer through Quadient before I started here. My issue is we can't get Quadient to send us an invoice to renew and I currently can't use the software. I literally can't get anyone to take our money! I'm going to reach out to BCC and Quadient again...

Can the plockmatic 350-M be run if i do not have a ricoh copier to attach it to?

This is a great feature, when it works. When the rollers on the cover inserter start wearing you'll get constant jams.
