Those look like Image registration marks being left on the belt.

Is this going back on Xerox service? I think offline finishing is the best way to go. Whether you stay with the 1000i or get a versant you wouldn't want to tie up your machine with one booklet job.

The J75 and C75 are exactly the same except for some enhancements on the J75. J75 has inline color calibration.

There is such a thing as CWS for FreeFlow. It's called Remote printserver and usually comes with the FreeFlow software used for a reload in case of software corruption on the server.
