Looking for Advice on Sheet Cutter (Duplo or AeroCut?)

I do this on my GW SCC, I load and walk away, you will have to change to North/South on your address file that you output out of your presort software so it stays in order.

    Versatile, Reliable, Beginner Press

I would talk to your local dealers and see what stock they have in and can put on a CPC service contract. Make sure the machine is rated for running NCR as not all are. The Ricoh 7200 is rated for NCR, but the servicing tech will hate you, which will probably go for any machine. Local dealer...

Custom perforated paper in large quantity

I have a Rosback 220a that sits in the corner collecting dust if anyone is looking for one. These days I just farm out the bigger perf jobs. If need be I will throw them through the Graphic Wizard if I need custom perfs.

Custom perforated paper in large quantity

Interesting, I have so many devices that can do "micro" perf but they all suck at keeping the long sheets registered. I just picked up a Formax Atlas AS that I will try perfing on it to see how it goes.

Custom perforated paper in large quantity

Interesting size, does this get cut down? I have done the same as @MailGuru for large runs, usually for those dang 3 perf 8.5 x 14 jobs.

    Versant 4100 Vs Ricoh 7210

Its a shame that was the best machine they could run a demo on, doesn't sound like it was maintained very well. I to would run away from Ricoh in that area if that is the best they can do.

    Versant 4100 Vs Ricoh 7210

You don't mention how Ricoh's service is in your area. That should be a huge factor in your decision, talk to other Ricoh owners and see how service has been and parts availability in your area. Sounds like your already sold on sticking with Xerox.

Preferred Stocks for the iJet 1175P

I wonder if you got old stock? Other thing is we only get hard boxes from PM, I found the soft boxes from PM the envelopes are lessor quality and we had issues with them.

    Ricoh 9200 vs konica12000

Are the feed trays different on the 9200? I thought they were the same. Wonder why it wouldn't work, or is it just Ricoh doesn't want envelopes on the 9200?

    Ricoh 9200 vs konica12000

Yes, should be available for the 9200 with VCIT trays as well.

The KM costs 5% more, but is there really a difference or just personal preference? C5300s or C4070

Good service is worth its weight in gold when you are down. Does KM offer a program where they will train you how to fix the machine and leave parts onsite? Ricoh does this and it is an absolute game changer for machine uptime if you are handy.

Just curious with the most up to date models, did they fix the issue of ink overspray from full bleed printing getting on the exit belts? Wonder if they made that ink catch tray any bigger. Also have you tried running variable data on it yet?
