We print a click report from the printer every month about the same time Ricoh pulls the counts so we can audit the bills. You should have a counter button on the main control screen, push that and print out the report.

Are you not using the built in auto adjust feature? It should take care of that for you.

If it HAS to show up in perfect condition the only way we have found to do it is put the postcards in an envelope, you can even get clear envelopes.

Known problem for a long time. Even had them burn through UV coatings so that isn't the final answer. When whoever is running the MLOCR equipment decides to lock down that feed look out, between that and the bin augers/belts if the piece hangs even slightly it will burn the mail piece. Good...

I am guessing this isn't under maintenance contract so you don't have a tech that can fix this? My thought is it needs to be turned on via the tech login.

On my Ricoh I had to adjust the Nip pressure roller on the fuser to make the pressure less, I was able to make it better but not totally gone. The pressure rollers are concave so it messes with the flap towards the tail end when fed short end first.

Always 2 sides to a story... Just like our fiery's, backups are our responsibility to make and maintain. Maybe someone will chime in that has Printware Xitron and knows firsthand about this boondougle.

.02/click for black/color not including toner? Run away from that offer. The avg color click price (to 13x19) is around .038 including toner. If you do a lot of Black only that will eat you alive.
