    try to put a small strip og the same sheet you are running in each of the grippers on that imp cylinder, if any of them feel loose you need to reset it (even if it is only according to that sheet) if they are all loose i would assume the machin has previously been used for thick board printing...

    What Are the Exact Plate Dimensions you are using, if they are odd plate sizes, sometimes thye get cut down specially for a spiecific customer and the plates are not cut to perfect spec Or If you have a punching system online this CTP That might not be to perfect spec to what your plates...
