Tony... you are going to have to check the plate sensor that is on the paper pad... its a blue sensor (Normally) you can go into sensor test and see if it turns on and off when a plate is brought in between the sensor and the cassettte

There is...you need to check for your version. If you have a service contract .....very inexpensive.....you can call any of the guys and they will assist. Solid work flow. Do you have yoir version handy.
