We simply refine the updated file, replace the old Refined page and it updates automatically. Yeah, if it's only one page in say a 128 page book, only refine that page & replace it instead of the entire book.

We employ a similar structure here, which is important with several operators, potentially across different shifts. Any form of organization like this is only as good as the people using it, and willing to abide by the setup however. Oh, and Welcome to the Forums!

It's a Mac keyboard, but on Windows box - that key combo won't work. Sadly. A third party app is the only way to, at least there are tons of free ones out there!

I found a cool Free app called Screenshot Pilot that's easy to use & has a nice range of ways to capture various sections.

Since they posted once, in March, and haven't returned - they've either: A) Learned it all & don't need us. - or - B) Given up and moved on to fast-food service. I'd wager the latter. ;)
