I tried to reset the counter again and this time it worked. The only thing I did different was unplug the unit after clearing. I am not sure why that would make a difference, but I don't care. I am back up and running. Thanks so much for all your help. Greg

Is there anyway to to determine overall ink coverage of any given color? Our man who orders ink has a problem on knowing just how much to order. I was wondering if Rampage can calculate just how much coverage there is. Thanks
