Need to Print in Silver Metallic or White on Envelopes

Alps gets my vote... if you want to do it in-house. Alps is what we use for printing gold foil on certificates. I don't know about printing on envelopes, as well as most printers do not print very close to the edge... if you have a LOT of them to print, the Alps is *slow*, I would recommend...

anyone with registration problems with thier Konica 7000?

what kind/brand of stock(s) are you running? I have had some stocks, like Hammermill 28# 12x18 that never lines up from to back, due to their milling the sheets in a rhombus. I have also been told that some very heavy stocks have registration issues on the KMs.

    Recent experience with Vendor proposals...

So our school district recently went through a couple of months of sorting through vendor proposals and finally demoing certain models that fit our criteria... exact details (i.e. dollar amounts, etc) can't really be "detailed" as the proposals all had confidentiality agreements attached. This...

    Xerox J75 - First Impressions and Review-ette

very interesting review read! I could piggyback my own review, but alas I'm not a typical thread-jacker, so I'll probably be making my own review thread LOL! I don't have the experience with the 7xx models to make the comparisons, but I can surely compare my experience with Konica-Minolta...
