    Preps 6 uses PDF's only. You might be able to create a PDF Link file from Nexus. But the real question is. Why do you want to Upgrade to Preps 6 and not upgrade to a PDF workflow?

    InDesign CS5 will recognize fonts in the "Document Fonts" folder, which would reside in the same folder as your document. If you are on the Mac, you should update to the newest version as it as a fix for loading of fonts this way.
