you need to check latest CR for that CTP able to run windows 7. Also have seen some Virtualization for the Old OS and Kodak ctp software and just running the New print Console on windows 7.

you will need a Service Dongle in order to do that. with it you can do some test and troubleshoot the plates settings if any found!

taking the CTP out of boot state might need a Service Dongle to Connect to CTP Board, Also there is a Kodak Procedure to take GMCE board out of Boot state if Network Port is not Damaged on CTP Board Side
