Lines are most likely clogged. If you want to work on it yourself, you could try flushing out the lines with a syringe and windex. I had a 9600 like this and after flushing it out and replacing some parts it ran great for many years.

Too bad we don't live in a country with lots of wooded areas with trees. Then we could make paper domestically.

Around here Xerox has installed a lot of these. When they first came out we priced one, but it was not only more expensive than the two 72xx machines, but the click charge was higher.

Running 5x7 postcards I am always shocked that there isn't a way to run fit 5up on a 12.5x19 sheet, since Fiery Impose won't let you gangup with one rotated. Seems like a basic thing they would offer.
