    Duplo system 3500 miss stapling

Check the curl of your wire. I might not be sitting properly in the swivel unit. So its not bending into the U to be driven into the booklet.

    Brochure Folding ?

Probably dont want to hear this but the Duplo 616 is soooo slow. The newer 618 is twice as fast and much easier to run. The 616 was good when it was a new thing but its just really a slow point in the production line. The CF 375 is a faster creaser folder machine and great with the heavy stocks.

Duplo DC-616 ... anyone know how to repair them?

So you took it apart? Like the heads out from the machine? If you did then the long worm screws should turn to move each head from the middle to the edge. Once at the edge it should trip the home sensor. Those shafts should turn freely. Its like the 618 but those modules come out where the 618...

3-Knife Trimming - what bevel angle?

Usually the steeper the blade the quicker it dulls but if thats what works you deal with it.

    Touchline CF375 preventative maintenance.

It usually runs in 800,000 blocks but its telling you to replace some belts, feed tab and belts. Then at 1.6 million its replaced more items. You dont have to but its recommended.

    Multigraph CF375 jamming

I would look at your roller pressure. If the centers are worn you get no grip on the thinner stocks. Maybe scrub them down real good wouldnt hurt.

    Stitched ripping booklet

When you ask about setting the rollers when running the duplo it automatically adjust the roller gap to the # of sheets and you can tweak it tighter or less. Im guessing your machine must have a gap setting. Too tight they wont come thru and too wide it wont grip and pull thru the rollers.

    ultimate slitter and creaser?

I think the 618 rotary tool module comes with a slitter blade you can change out with the perf. But the 618 has so much more than the 616 had for a decent price

    Stitched ripping booklet

Your fold rollers are ripping the cover from the booklet. If the rollers are steel get a scrubby pad and scrub the rollers. probably the first set will do. If rubber scrub with a cloth. Built up fuser oils etc from digital causing slippage. Bet if you use a blank sheet of plain offset paper as...

    Broken Down Duplo 645 Cutter

Check the motor as said, Also the gears that drive the motor/knife assy. No parts are available for the 645 knife/motor unit. There is a sensor that detects the knife in the up/home position so you should be getting a knife error

I have had the light socket issue before. Pump issue might be a fried together contactor unit so as soon as you plug it in it automatically starts and runs.

    WTB: Service Manual for a Pro-Cut 265

Thats the series when Procut had Challenge make cutter for them. And its the only service/parts book that was made for the cutters. There is a limited schematic book for cutters floating out there. However if you dont have that series cutter the books are not much help. There was a manual with...

The interlock cut your 24 volts. But 24 volts is what pulls your start contactor in too. If you power on you also have to ?? Turn the key switch or press the cut buttons to START the cutter/pump? Power on should also let the computer system start up without the pump running yet. UNPLUG the...
