SO id look at the belts slipping on the book. Use a kitchen scrubby pad on the belts to clean them. Sometimes there is a clear build up on the belts. Usually works.

Cards must be set up to run lengthways. The minimum card length is like 3" because of roller spacing. The 646 can go either way.

What about instead of centering the job run it with a lead cut of 3/4" and the tail of 1/4". Yes if things are printed too close to the edges or tail edge you can get bad cuts. Make sure your rollers are clean.

Someone told me the heads from MBM work better. Still about $400 each. The duplo heads are only rated for 30,000 cycles too. Many go a lot further than that and for the cost you would want more. If you know how to disassemble the head there are little tricks that may work.
