Check the fuser belt speed sensor wheel.

Looks like it could something causing a paper stutter on the inside edge between the fuser speed and 2nd BTR speed

There is encryption on fiery motherboard. It has to come from Fiery to work properly. Aside from that there are ways to get that taken care of.

As long as you kept the original hard drive in the unit and the board came from Fiery.

You can always be trained to service your own xerox equipment. I've been training customers for about 20 years now.

Might want to check if the tc sensors have been calibrated to the value stamped on the sensor for each dev. assy.

Looks like fuser temp is too low.

Have the techs look at the developer brush height. The 100s had issues with the knockoff blade eventing getting loose and making the developer material less on the dev roll.

Go to EFI fiery website and search for the older version. I think 5.8 is the lowest that they go on their site.
