This may seem redundant, but make sure your grain is running in the right direction.

The only thing that I can think of is to maybe record your actions for the color correction in Photoshop and then run your other images through the same actions. But that will only work if your color corrections aren't that involved.

What Lukas said. Data merge in InDesign. Especially if all you have is a name. Not sure though how long it will take InDesign to merge the data or how large the resulting file would be since you have 12k names. Might be worth a look though.
