sounds like your shop is way busier than mine (i'm just in-house for marketing team), but my 'solution' has been to use boxes my paper comes in. This way, I top the box and dispose of the entire thing instead of running the duplo waste bin to the dumpster. I can fit a box that my 12x18 paper...
