If the marks run from lead edge to trail edge check IBT cleaner. Clean it out if necessary but don't knick the knife. Also check the IBT while you're at it.

Not now you can't. Called them before lunch and they said there are was NO toner available for anybody.

I have always had the play the game to keep a good supply of toner. And drums with the Versants but since we moved to Iridesse I thought it would be a little different. I should have keep placing small orders every two weeks and built up my supply for the busy times.

Three weeks and still no shipment of toner for the Iridesse. Has anyone received toner or supplies for the Iridesse in the last three weeks?

I am glad we turned in the 3100. I was having that kind of trouble last year already and we really getting of dealing with it. Looked at the Ricoh and KM machine but the Iridesse was much better. So glad I went with Iridesse but even now it's toner, drums, etc are backordered.

Same problem here with Iridesse toner. 2 and half weeks now and still saying back ordered.

1st BTR, Developer housing, Laser would be next on your list to change. Try each one in that order first.

One thing to try is set your document Color Mode to grayscale and then go to the Media tab and set your color pages as Mixed Media and choose CMYK in Color Mode.
