That would be my dream. Our plan is after Christmas to see if we can upgrade to the Versant 3100 and then see if we can get some decent finishing on that. We will hopefully then have the space to keep the Versant 80 as well (even if it’s just the bare machine with the standard stacker finisher).

Indeed. Absolutely gutted to be selling it to be honest and in my opinion getting peanuts for it (dealer has offered £8k plus vat because they said it needs a couple of parts…transfer belt and fuser belt) but needs must unfortunately.

That's good to know about having a fair bit of years left on the C3070. In an ideal world, I'd either keep both or get rid of the Xerox and get an offline booklet maker instead but I just don't have the space for even a small booklet maker at this point.

Kind of. What we do though is we keep a tally of the toners that we buy, so for example if we buy a magenta toner today, then get 3 magenta toners from KM next week, we will hold one back as our toner so when the contract ends we won't give that one back to KM.
