    I'm not familiar with the XL75 dampening system but Skew setting is for Pan roller and it is used for controlling the water at plate sides. You can refer to the operating manual for better understanding.

    Have you checked the skew setting of the pan roller? Also the pan roller comes with crowning, make sure the pan roller is according to specs. Try running with intermediate Z roller off from inking roller and see if you get better results. Conductivity is high assuming you are running with IPA...

    For exterior you can use waste stripper from BOBST or some Chinese manufacturers also produce waste strippers. Saves a lot of time. For interior you can do it on die cutters.

    I don't have any experience of XL but as a rule of thumb, always use the minimum air settings when printing lighter or thinner stocks. If all air settings you believe are ok then also check your delivery gripper settings to make sure all are at same settings. As far as set-off is concerned...

    Problem with GTO 52-1 model 1997

    For GTO it should be 4 mm to vibrator/oscillator roller and 3 mm to plate for 1st and 2nd form roller, 2mm for 3rd and 4th roller. See the attached file, I hope this helps. Regards
