I think anyone that has run a press knows reality is different from the sales pitch.

Does anyone have some "real life" times for make ready, clean up and impression/hr?

I have been running the Quickmaster since 2001. Make ready can be as quick as 1 minute to 10 minutes depending on the job. Clean up takes about 10 minutes unless you go from a dark color to light color. Then you can add about ten more minutes to run cleaner and wash up again. A lot has to do with the condition of the press as well. Meaning all the rollers are set correct and are in good condition.

We only ran short run work on ours, so it never ran very fast.

The common blanket was always a problem for us with colors that trap or overprint.
