I've seen the scrolling of pages in Chrome regardless of whether you are signed in as a Delegate, it's a Chrome thing. In General Preferences you control what list of users you can see to assign as Delegates. Click the blue info next to that setting for information on that (see attached screenshot)

Hivy, Just curious to what kind of printing you do. Are you primarily commercial and pages oriented, or packaging/labels? Are you an offset or flexo shop?

Is it possible that your file has an image in it that is not embedded but linked and the image is no longer available? Try embedding the image in the file.
