Delegates

We're in process of testing out the My Delegates feature. Couple of funky things happening. The list to choose delegates from seems to be missing some users. Curious, where does this list pull user information from? Also, when doing work as a delegate, using Chrome, there seems to be an infinite scrolling thing going on. However, that doesn't happen when doing your own work. Any ideas?

I've seen the scrolling of pages in Chrome regardless of whether you are signed in as a Delegate, it's a Chrome thing.
In General Preferences you control what list of users you can see to assign as Delegates. Click the blue info next to that setting for information on that (see attached screenshot)
