Drum, Developer or Developer Housing (or something else)? Xerox Versant 80

I've got a Versant 80 that I've been running off contract since the dealer pulled support following Xerox EOL'ing the machine and so far have been fine with it. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a blue tint to the one long edge of every sheet I printed. Swapped out the blue drum and it's been fine since. The same thing happened with the Yellow and a new drum sorted that.

Now, the same thing is happening with the Magenta, however, when I went to check the drum there's magenta toner dumped on top of the drum tray on the same edge as I'm seeing magenta on the prints. I hoovered this up (the best I could) and the problem went away for a week or so and then started happening again. Checked again and more magenta dumped on that edge.

I don't feel like the drum's the issue but I guess I could swap it out and see if it still happens though I don't want to waste a drum for the sake of it seeing as I am having to pay for them so I'm just wondering if any of you here know what could be the issue. Developer housings are supposed to last a long time but could that be failing or could it be bad developer?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Plan/budget for the following replacements. You can math out how often from the component life and your monthly use-
IBT belt
rebuild kit - fuser belt and wick
rebuild kit - IBT roller and brush (be sure to replace the brush!)
refill or replace - developer housing
rebuild kit - decurler roller
replace and set calibration- fuser heat belt tracking wheel
Have a spare fuser belt tracking arm on hand- they are plastic and break off once in a while
replace lower pressure roller and cleaning pad when you get wrinkling
periodically clean stripper fingers and have replacements when they get worn
