You are kidding me! One stroke or scanline of Accuset on 14" film takes (in case of 2400dpi output) (14 X 2400)/8 = 4200 bytes of memory. So, one inch of picture sepatarion in Height dimension will take 2400 scanlines or 10,080,000 bytes or /1024 = 9844 Kb

AGFA Star200 RIP has only 200MB formatted 213MB SCSI hard disk. Boot files, PS interpreter, fonts and font cash, AGFA Balanced Sreening tiles, Adobe and Standart Sreens need some place on the HD to be stored. So, in case of 50K pts length job there is no room on HD to complete even one color...

OK. Leave all covers and lids (grey and black) opened. Load the film and check a film movement when Accuset is imaging the job. Do you see any strange movements of two arms of the Tensioner Assembly which keeps the film stressed/tightened all the time?

Now put the cassette back into the Accuset and pull the film out. Do you feel any resistance?

Possible causes could be as well: Broken small ball bearing on the supply cassette shaft Tensioner assembly is "flying" when imaging Take-Up side roller (near the cutter) has loosen or broken coupling... and about 10+ more another reasons.

AGFA SetPrint has only one type of emulsion and after developing process it looks like black background and grey silver text/picture (which is ink receptive). In your Customer case there was not accomplished silver diffusion process, so there was nothing to hold the ink on the text/image...

As a former AGFA Field Service tech I bet that is not a Galileo problem. Galileo is an internal drum machine (as well as Avantra filmsetter) and VS version uses the same main (DEC) board. My Question is: do you use direct connection RIP-to-Galileo? Harlequin 7.3 -what's the original RIR name...

Mitsubishi Ultima plates use Developer-Finisher process, so they are not chem-free and can not be processed over Glunz&Jensen VCF washout units. In Paddington's equipment configuration there is no any alternative to AGFA N92 or N94 VCF plates... yet. And those plates need a prehit!

Weak lens jam, actually "Focus Jam" error #38. Error 43 - Unknown SPI Command Errors like 155 and 156: Diag to DEC K-4 handshake failed and DEC K-4 offgate register failed tell me that you have Avantra main board (DEC K-4) problem. Errors are fatal and you need AGFA Serviceman in your site...
