    Legally purchase CS3

    Does anyone know if there is a legal way to purchase an upgrade and/or full version of CS3? We have a computer that has been running CS2 but we need to upgrade to match the versions on another machine -- but I can't seem to find anything online that looks legitimate... any ideas? Judy
