    We are looking to upgrade to new proofers as well as the new version of GMG (version 5). We are being told that there is quite a difference with this new version and we should get training. Is there anyone using the new version that had an older and is there much difference?

    Different programs same device same readings?

    Has anyone done any testing to see is multiple programs using the same device and same test chart come up with the same readings; say Color Port compared to Profile Maker? I have no real reason why I am asking, just curious how they compare and if there is a difference.

    Digital Printer and G7?

    We have a Canon 6000 and the only way to "control" color is by using ICC profiles. I printed the IT8 7.4 then made a profile from the IDEAlliance gracol numbers I downloaded.     Saving files

    When I save files out of PhotoShop it shows that is going to the correct Raid on the server. When I open that raid up I can't see my files. When I open that server using PhotoShop I can see my files. Why do I have a fantom raid? Thanks for any hlep.

    We are starting our path to G7 I see the characterization data from idealliance is IT8 7.4. We have the DTP70 and that will not read in that target we use the ECI 2002. Can I just import that data and when making my MX4 just choose the 2002 chart, I am guessing not. There is also an option...
