my esko version is 10.0. is this the problem?

my preferences for CMYK are 150LS, but I can't find out where I can make this global change for spot colors? for some reason, spot color LS comes in at 120LS? any ideas?

Just installed Ustore V7 and when an order is placed, the PDF is added to a hot folder, then off to process manager. problem is the JDF is being generated, but no PDF? any idea what I'm missing in Ustore? PM seems to be working fine, everything enabled, etc. ?

if it's not out of the question, go with the iGen. the volume you speak of will be a nightmare on an 800 (or 2 for that matter). we run well below the 300k threshold per month and have dealt with problems (dirty fuser, jams, miscommunication with freeflow)

to restore deleted files, ok, but what about an actual backup solution? if time machine works like I think it does, I can back up my entire drive. if my mac crashes, I should be able to restore the contents of the crashed mac, correct??

good morning! I have a question on time machine and a backup solution. this doesn't need to be fancy, but I may buy a lacie 2TB FW drive (they say it works with time machine), for my mac 1TB server (only 1/4 full) my question is this- would time machine be the way to go? Thanks! Ken
