There is no cure to this problem on satin stock unless you have an inline coater/varnish. Its something to do with the coating on the paper.

Got the same problem here in the UK The only difference is they get shipped to India!

I have found that if you apply a coating of gum to the roller and let it dry overnight, then dampen it next day it sometimes solves the problem.

Hi I recommend that you go over the head of your production manager. He seems to be a real idiot. Could it be that he gets a nice Xmas gift off the ink company? I have seen this happen before, to me in the past and the blame for all the problems you have always falls back on the printer.
