    Editing Proportional Lining fonts_PITSTOP 11

This is probably a longshot but, is there any way to edit proportional lined fonts in Pitstop without losing the proportional attribute? Numbers in an Archer font specifically. Thanks!

KM Bizhub C8000 Fiery processing speed?

Printing a variable data job processed and imposed with Fusion Pro (because bleed won't print correctly using Fierys imposer, separate issue). It is only printing at about 8ppm, the files are broken into 1 thousands and only 5.3mb each. The machine will not print continuously and is constantly...

    Konica Minolta C8000 bent corners

Our fairly new KM c8000 bends corners of the sheet. It doesn't seem to matter what paper or whether or not it is duplex or single sided, we are told of course that it's the paper/humidity/paper curl ect. but what is strange it does it in cycles regardless of those variables. It might not do it...

I know i can look at percentages or lab values and figure it out myself and map it to spot color I've come up with, but is there anything already in...

Pitstop 11 RGB to CMYK converison

When pitstop converts RGB images to CMYK the color ends up looking extremely flat. It's noticeable instantly during the preflight and hi-res color proofs back up what it is doing on the screen. I've tried every RGB conversion profile in preferences and results look the same regardless of the...

    Plate problems, black plate only?!?

Getting lines from punch to tail on black screen plates, 175lpi @ 2400 dpi, 45 degree black screen angle. I know the platesetter doesn't know it's making a black plate vs any other, the 45 degree screen angle on the black plate being the only difference. Most noticeable at 50% and below. I...

    Disposing of waste tanks

I'm wondering what to do with the waste tanks from a Xerox Docucolor 5000. Xerox supports returns of waste toner, but only of specific models, I'm assuming the b&w models only. All of the recycle companies are only interested in cartridges, not the bulk waste tanks. Any ideas appreciated, thanks!
