We are having issues that when the image(s) are wider than the paper installed, it won't turn the orientation. It will just print off the edge...

That's a good point... Like buying a new car and when something goes wrong, well, the new model year is out and you'll just have to purchase a new one... Good news is if forced to buy PitStop 10, it would just be an upgrade... not much consolation however...
