I noticed that the problem seems to be with black only, it´s off register by 1 mm. All other colors line up in register. I changed a new black drum but still the same.

Hi everyone, I have a Xerox DC 252 that just started printing all colours off register, especially cyan and magenta are off by 0.5 mm Of each other .Any idea how to fix this. Your help is much appreciatd.

There is no PPD for the dpx Genesis under Mitsubishimaging web site. I used one PPD that says Postcript Generic DPX, but does not seem to work. The Mac sees the Win98 PC IP address, but nothing is sent to the Rip. what am I doing wrong?

So finaly I got this thing connected correctly and even printed some internal files from the rip, such as fonts, etc. Now, How do you print to the rip from other Apps. like PDF or CS...? your help is greatly appreciated.

Ok so this is a good start. Is the Data Cable the one that has parrallel plug in one end and serial on the other? But which one goes in pc? Also someone told me that I need Miramar Appletalk to print. Is this true? Can I just print directly PDF files from this PC?

Wait up guys dont cheer up yet. The nightmare is not over yet. The press refuses to feed again, but at least now I know what's causing it. The upper feed roll does not spin!!! when it does it feeds just fine, but most of the time it does not. we have to keep playing with the silver buckle knob...

We finally got it to feed. As mentionned before the upper feed roll was not rotating. It is now rotating after resetting the buckle control. It turns out the buckle was way too open.

The Feed roller is opening at 0 deg and closing at 34 deg. But one thing I noticed is that the upper feed roller does not rotate, it just opens and closes. I took a video to show what's happening. when the feed roller opens to let the sheet thru it just goes halfway under the rotating feed drum...

Our press operator runs only heidelberg Gto and has no previous experience on presses with a push guide system. But one thing I noticed is that Sometimes a 2nd sheet will force the first sheet thru but even then the first sheet gets stuck in the feeding drum and does not come out thru the delivery.
