    Try using a black spray paint? Clamp the book so not to over spray into it and just spray the edge? Could be a manual way around?

    I use a 551lt it's no polar but it works. Castcoated will always get you in trouble... We cut sheets in half and use that... It never works well not being digital... Have a merry Xmas

    No we get at Mac a variance of .5 mm unless there is a fault in the machine which majority of the time it's very minor... We can also adjust skew perpendicularity side edge and lead edge rego to 0.1mm increments... I find it to get better if I manually duplex

    i would normally do 2-3, Spending a little extra time cutting and getting them perfect. How many internals on what sort of stock would you be looking at. If the books are flatter then it would be quite possible to trim more

    This seems to be a hard way of doing things rikkie, if everything was trimmed to a4 with a score, we are talking a really short run here of 100 for this i think it would be easier to trim to A4 first score the a4 books, then stitch flat along the scores, fold and trim creep. i have the luxury...

    For bcards, to make it quicker and still use the clamp to stop killing as many cards, you can use a flat blade and just pop the right side slightly, then set it at 55mm then press clamp down to push plate back in...
