What bindrey equipment are you using to bind all these books or are most of these statements for mailings?

Are you able to upsell the product or get into new accounts because of the square bind option?

Does anyone have a square back unit? I believe there are a few kinds out there... duplo, watkiss, etc. Pro's and Con's?? Were you able to upsell your booklets with the square spine unit?

I guess this could be a vague question... What are your typical amount of breakdown or bills on your standard horizons? I spent probably $5,000 last year on general repairs and cleaning on my older duplo 120.

Yes. We actually have the duplo sheet by sheet feeder (dsf2000) and it's a nightmare. I know that new models are out but we are afraid to be in the same position again. My guys would rather put it in by hand.

We get approximately 40 emails a day and we are currently using microsoft outlook. Its basically too much for 1 person to handle. We have 3 email addresses. We have 1 person that answers all the orders/questions in the main email address or forwards the appropriate emails to each department...
