Not sure what Mexican water smells like, but this odor is certainly not melted crayons. The odor is hard to describe--acrid is what one employee states. Another person said it's like a paper mill. Overall, it's a foul smelling odor.
Recently purchased from IKON a Ricoh 907 which emitted an odor on use. After several attempts to eliminate the odor, a replacement machine was brought in. However the odor continues with the new machine. Anybody else experiencing this?:confused:
