Thanks Kantblue There are no screen messages ie: warming up , recalibrating etc, but it does seem like its recalibrating. I forgot to add we are running a creo rip. It also does this on colour, but strangely doesn't take so long to restart

Hi Michael It is on any stock, in this case 120 gm Sra3 uncoated, but it does it on all stocks including 150 gm silk sra3. I haven't ventured into variable data yet. Cheers

Hi I've had a c6501 for three months and as I find my way around it, increasingly impressed. The only problem I cannot overcome is it prints colour quickly, even duplex, but greyscale SRA3 prints 7 sheets and stops for 10 seconds before restarting on high speed, and duplex 2 sheets before...
