Hello, after replacing a Quasar my friend ist getting this (it is normally 1 line and not 2) Can this be done by him and me or he need Support by Heidelberg ? The error is not always, sometimes its on first print and sometimes its on third. Thank you.

I contacted Glunz&Jensen and asked them what the error exactly means. They said it is a jam in conveyor and the second number is how many jobs there are in queue. My friend had a technician there for 5 hours with not result/he said its the Quasar. So i search Friday for a Quasar and found one...
